Excellent service! Friendly and free which's always a bonus. Takes away all the complexity. Quick and convenient. We've gone back to Paul from 313 every renewal since we first got our mortgage through them 6 years ago. I would recommend 313 for anybody looking to get a good deal without all the hassle.
