I have to agree with Melinda I was also at that party and the service provided to the couple was sub standard in the extreme. There was no atmosphere or entertainment and the Karaoke was a shambles. I think you should refund them because I would not have paid for that service. No crowd interaction no fun and no Karaoke!

Darlington Hippodrome our 2nd time since it reopened it was really good leg room mainly good shows really good. There are stairs & lifts to all floors. The lighting during the show was too bright. There are plenty of places to eat & drinks. Parking close by.
