I can't tell if they have zero training or if they are coached to be as unhelpful as possible.with their "help" the issue is closer to "resolving itself" every day.

Always helpful they were back in 2016 when my son began his diagnosis journey and even now in 2024 when i needed a copy of his diagnosis letter nothing has ever been a problem they were great with us and our son and the admin team were always helpful and pleasant too thank you
