Lesley is really friendly and competent. She gives advise on which massage technique would be best and on how to improve your movement and general lifestyle. I always feel a lot better after one of her massages (usually doing deep tissue/physio) and it helps me get rid of the pain in the long run.Cannot recommend enough!
