Kaizen Martial Arts Academy came to deliver a self-defence workshop at our work staff development day. It was really useful to learn tips and techniques to keep yourself safe in different scenarios you may find yourself in. The workshop was delivered in a fun and physical way. I’d recommend for other staff development days!
