This is the best part of my week. Andrea is an intuitive and generous teacher who tailors the activities perfectly to each student whether they are a child or an intermediate with more experience. I am relatively new to Capoeira but I'm so glad I decided to try it. Its been good for my stiff body and stressed mind!We have a lovely group with mixed ages (we now have regular young students under 10) strengths and length of training. Andrea has a great way of leading this mixed group well.
