Approached Tony and Dawn about helping develop my daughters self confidence and ability to defend herself and they've been excellent. Both have a wicked sense of humour and know how to bring out the best in kids. Very knowledgeable lots of flexibility with classes would absolutely recommend to anyone!

Absolutely fantastic place for children of all ages to learn discipline gain confidence and to look after themselves but at the same time make new friends and have fun! Also a great place for adults to keep fit and learn new skills. The coaches are great and really helpful! 100% recommend!
