These classes are great for confidence in all ages and abilities.I attend with my 2 children and we have all gained our black belts.Classes are friendly and fun and a good way to keep fit.

My son’s been going to ninjas since he was 4 yrs old and loves it. Gavin brings a mix of suitable games tae kwon do skills and makes sure the kids run off a bit of energy! My son hasn’t been interested in many hobbies so far but this is one he’s kept up for over a year - high praise indeed ☺️
