Happy Me Somatic Therapy

I have been working with Fiona for just over a year now. I’ve previously tried CBT and EMDR none of which were helpful. Fiona introduced me to Somatic Experiencing and it has really helped me in so many ways even my close family and friends have seen the changes. My only regret is I didn’t start sooner.

Fiona is kind compassionate non judgemental and professional.All the above has allowed safety and growth in a way I never thought possible. Not only has that allowed me to heal but I have also become a better parent partner friend and colleague. Highly recommend.
