Ferryhill Library

It's closed. What a shame.

I love Ferryhill library. Its only open two and a half days a week (council cuts). It's small and quiet and had lovely staff who go out of their way to help you find the book you need. Lovely childrens section. Computers printers and photocopying available. I would be very sad if it ever closed down.

Small library without much other shelves but if you ask at reception they will bring the books in from other libraries in the area. There is also a printer you can use for a fee if you're ever stuck without one.
