Charlotte mended my winter coat which is tartan and vintage and something of a tricky customer! The mend is fantastic and the care taken over it is discernible too. My coat will also keep going for much longer now for which I'm very grateful.

Ordered myself a Donegal beanie on commission received it promptly the quality is fantastic couldn't be happier. Also big points for helping assuage my cluelessness when it came to sizing. Top marks for customer service.
