The worktops i ordered were not installed. 6 weeks and i am still awaiting a response to my issue. Ensure that you formalise your requirements at contract review stage and obtain confirmation in writing
Outstanding customer service from Paul from start to finish. He really made the process stress free with his care and attention to detail and friendly advice. All of the staff are lovely and the quality of my kitchen is first class. Thoroughly recommend!
Amazing customer service. I replaced my doors 3 years ago and recently discovered a fault with the latches.When I informed Howdens morpeth the staff were amazing. Very understanding of the issues this had caused and were very quick to replace them. Thoroughly recommend this company.
