Very rude shop assistant not the usual helpful lady. Another customer in the shop looked at me and raised her eyebrows in shock too. Clearly she dislikes her job
First class friendly customer service. Did a marvellous job resizing my wife’s wedding ring after first cutting it off (for free). Would highly recommend this jeweller and staff
