Great helpful service . Needed a battery put in my skagen watch . It was done straight away and the staff were friendly and helpful excellent service . I have shopped here before and received excellent service . This store has now become my favourite store of choice and I will continue to shop there .

My 7 year old daughter had her ears pierced by Tim @ Darlington store. He was absolutely brilliant the process was quick and pain free. He explained all about the after care and even gave her a little F.Hinds teddy for being so brave. We left with one happy little girl. Would absolutely recommend!

I Went in for a present for a friend and was all sorted within 10mins the lady who served me was so helpful and nice. She was really knowledgeable and very funny 😊 made my 1st experience shopping in this store brilliant. …
