When entering the details of my home on their website it indicated that they could not complete the quote because of the type of building.It is a bog-standard tenement flat!They then emailed me to ask why I didn't complete the quote!If they can't get basic stuff like this right why would I ever trust them to insure my home?
It was very easy renewing my policy.Sara was extremely polite efficient and knowledgeable
