If your relative is sent to WICU here then request somewhere else. This is a care home not a rehab unit where patients are put to bed at 6pm. Staff run in the opposite direction to calls and hide from sight to chitchat. Not fit for purpose.

I can't fault the service I have had here. Brilliant staff. Nice building. Decent parking. I am a very happy patient.

Absolutely brilliant day surgery team as soon as i stepped into the ward they re-assured me that i will be ok & took care of me as if im some VIP. from getting changed into my gown to getting to the surgery and then waking up to the best jam & toast you have ever had- unbeatable team. Thank you so much!
