Highly recommend Dans spin classes they’re small group classes with a lovely high energy atmosphere. He pushes you just enough without over doing it unlike a lot of other classes I’ve been to. Amazing value for such a great workout!

Great Spin Classes! Excellent high intensity with different music for each class intense pace but Dan does great job modulating to all levels.
