Ok it's only been a month but it's a whole month I've not wanted to be near a cigarette. It's only when I'm asked if I've given up that I think that I used to smoke and for how long I've become a non smoker. Update: 2 months and still no thoughts to have another. Update. Almost 2 years and still no thoughts of smoking.
