I had the most enlightening NLP training session. I wanted to get my head around anchoring a technique I wasn't getting the most out of.Jay was fantastic and the course gave me what I wanted needed and so much more can't recommend Jay highly enough as a coach and trainer.

Brilliant service. Jay put my daughter at ease with his friendly approach and she really enjoyed the session. She had been suffering a mental block in gymnastics and had one session with Jay and the block has gone! Would strongly recommend!
