If I could give less than 1 star I would. Worst company EVER… they mess everything up and then blame you for their mistake's I’ve had to take it further with the ombudsman. They’re a disgrace I would 1000% NOT recommend Sse.
If only they trained staff to do actual JOB as all seemed to be trained in nothingness or HANG UP on you midway conversation DO NOT USE SSE
Left us with no gas and electric for hours says someone will be out & never turned up! Since there changing to ovo we were guaranteed that they wouldn’t be cut out as it won’t accept any payments since there changing over!!! Disgrace in business and customer service More
