What a lovely place to come for a walk be it alone with friends or your dogs you can paint or do photography like me ride your bike try bird watching or have a picnic plenty of open spaces good paths and a small car park which is free of charge highly recommended

What a lovely place to both exercise and walk the dog. Apparently it's the largest common in England. Everyone I met whils walking my dog was both informative helpfull and friendly and I had a most refreshing coffee from the local shop at Strensal and the staff there were also friendly and helpfull.
