Not off to a great start. Carers are amazing once they get here. Timings not great. Over two hours late 2 out of first 3 nights

This service has gone down hill fast!!! I have had to take over my father care at weekends as they usually come after noon!!! Supposed to be between 0930 and 1030. Always blame lack of staff!! AVOID AVOID AVOID
