Big difference in quality between private and social housing. No park as promised by story home. Few nuisance residents.

The house I visited was very pleasant but the road to their house was in a terrible state. For a newish build its shockingly poor. Massive pot holes as soon as you come up to the housing estate. Which is a real shame as it makes the place feel there not getting their moneys worth!
