I mean it's just gorgeous up there. Climbing those famous steps through St Mary's graveyard with the worn leaning stones and the Abbey itself. It truly feels lile you're transported back in time. And I wasn't expecting much from the gift shop but it was actually excellent! Got some nice stuff from there for my mum :)
Wanted to go here for ages and it did not disappoint. Gorgeous gothy abbey with a cool museum lovely staff and the best gift shop. All my spooky needs were most satisfied. Very much worth the trip and the 199 steps of doom. More
