Lima on the perfume kiosk is an absolute credit to your store. Helped me choosing my wedding perfume I even went back the following day to buy more perfumes from her. Lovely lady and very funny. I cannot praise her enough.

Shocking customer service today from a member of staff at about 13.40 hours tried to buy a perfume set from till nearest exit got told to join a queue when they had just finished serving the person and I was next
