I visited on 19th September in need of a makeover after a break up. Sophie was amazing and when I became tearful she gently put her hand on my shoulder and said “i’ve got you” . She took me through my colour and style options and was as excited as me with the results. Thank you Sophie I’ve had so many compliments.

I had my first brow appointment with Emily yesterday she is absolutely amazing give me a five star service. Extremely professional and really friendly. Thank you for making me feel amazing. Looking forward to my next appointment ☺️
