They may be good at cutting hair but certainly not parking. For some reason I'm assuming the owner purposefully parks their car well onto the pavement every day. The road is more than wide enough for there to be no purpose in doing this not to mention the massive empty car park a ten second walk away. Such trashy behaviour.
