Had iron fitting booked the thin older guy on counter pretty much treated me like i was a idiot it is the worst customer services ive encountered by a long way ever! the young lad is helpful but the guy i presume who is the manager has the worst attitude ive encountered in all my years. This cant have been the first time.
Went in looking for a replacement 5 wood or similar as I can't use my existing.. the guy with a beard reckons there's no point as mine doesn't work !! And I could be looking for ages. Great sales technique. He just didn't care !
