Very speedy response to initial contact followed by knowledgeable feedback regarding issue and a confirmation visit within 24hrs to confirm issue (and a temporary fix) Then part sourced and problem fixed as soon as was possible. Very impressed and so thankful to have working heating for the first snow of the year.
