Absolutely amazing! The man who came to service my flat was genuinely so kind. He not only did his job but taught me how to keep an eye on things too! Plus he gave me bonus advice on other things too! He genuinely came across as he cared about me as the customer and my landlord. Thank you!
Wife was in our caravan on her own in the recent terrible weather. There was a problem with the gas supply called Mini heat who were there in 90 minutes to quickly rectify. Guy had to work outside in the torrential rain but just got on with it.Great service
