They do not maintain their equipment.This is an ongoing issue.I tried three Wattbikes (the total number they have) and none worked properly.I won’t mention the rust and general filthy state of them.If you are hoping to have a productive workout look elsewhere.
Cleanliness gone downhill. I’m a global member and in comparison to the one in LA it’s very disappointing. Steam room wreaks toilets and showers always very dirty. Really upsetting when considering the price point
