Needed to access the lift to the toilets. A notice stated ask staff to unlock the lift. The lift was on 0 so ground floor asked two members of staff to unlock it for us no one had the courtesy to check had to struggle up and down the stairs. More
Despite the spacious room the self service device were not functioning properly you have to speak with the staff find it difficult to understand ourselves. More
