I received the bag but requested a refund as it wasn't the right colour for my outfit. Almost a month later and still haven't had a reply to acknowledge receipt of the returned bag or received the refund.Luckily I paid through PayPal so will contact them.
Fantastic personal shopping experience - wonderful staff who helped me choose gifts for my wife - she's delighted with her presents. Highly recommended business. A+++++
