Communication between doctors an receptionists poor waited 2 weeks to hear about an appointment to discover reception had not even rang appropriate doctor but eventually got sorted by a simple email off lovely new girl

This is an superb GP practice. The reception staff are very helpful friendly and efficient. The healthcare assistant is excellent and very friendly. The GP’s are interested in what you have to say and I feel genuinely want to help.After years of poor treatment elsewhere I’m happy to have found this practice.
