Very poor experience I'm afraid - missing items incorrect deliveries and a lot of effort involved in getting what we ordered.Tried to resolve the matters and whilst some progress made (they tried) it was just issue after issue after issue. I recommend avoiding the physical gifts entirely
Ordered paddle board experience for my son’s birthday it was very easy to order and it came within 48 hours of ordering in a presentation box with gift card printed with my personal message fabulous personal service would highly recommend this company

Excellent customer service. After the business we bought a gift from closed they quickly offered us the option to change our order. They were quick friendly and efficient. Would definitely buy from them again.
