Pathetic washing and drying facilities at the University of Kent. There are too few machines half of which don't work. When machines glitch and trap laundry nobody answers the helpline. Considering the machines are brand new this is unacceptable and they should lose the contract.

A really brilliant company.They have made the journey of choosing a commercial dishwasher through buying it paying for it getting it delivered and having it fitted incredibly smooth.Patience professionalism and politeness all the way.This is how all customer service should be.Thank you so much and bravo.
