I needed a bespoke design engraving on a ring for my son. They did it on a test piece of metal before agreeing to do it rather than risk damaging the ring and my son is delighted with the end result.

The necklace we took in was an anniversary gift 25 years and wanted it to be ingraved in fancy writing.My husband said it looks like a dog tag. Icollected it but didn't say anything on collection as I didn't realise that's what he'd asked to be done. He's disappointed.
