Andy was a gent when I had a disaster where my courtesy car wouldn't release the key so the engine was left running! He helped me trouble shoot to figure out the fault over the phone despite being unwell himself as not being able to come out it was really good of him as I was grateful for his help at a stressful time.

I locked my car keys in my car while in Tynemouth visiting family - within 20 minutes of calling up a gentleman turned up to help me out. I couldn’t have asked for a better service or a more reasonable price. I’d recommend to anyone :)
