Stephen came & fixed our lock on the same day as calling. He was great in showing what he was doing & why as well as explaining how to solve potential future issues. A lovely man who knows his stuff!

Stephen came out within 20 minutes of calling when we were locked out of our house. When the first tries of getting in didn’t work he went out his way on a Saturday evening to get other tools to make sure we got back in without any damage to the doors or the locks. Definitely recommend!
