£45.00 upfront to find the fault with my Vax then a text to say alls good can pick upthen charged another £45.00 for service without having fixed the fault which is a small part replacement they identified as the problem whichI’ve now ordered myself from eBay for £9.49 I’ve been mugged.
The gentleman at Kirby repair was very friendly and .helped me out with my Gtech vacuum cleaner.It didn't need any new parts just a bit of advice.He didn't charge anything.So grateful to him.Would recommend.
