Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. They even let me swap out a toilet frame 2 months after purchasing because it did not fit. They answered the phone and sorted it within half an hour. Amazing! Would definitely recommend them. Thank you EPS.
I have used EPS for a few home emergencies. Never had to spend too much money but EPS Have always greeted me on Entering their parts department with a great customer service. Genuine people that are not there to rip you off but actually help.
Ordered bathroom suite and accessories. The service and advice has been nothing but outstanding. Exceptionally helpful and accommodating. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
