I wouldn't use them again quite aggressive mouth full attitude. You can judge responsiveness by their responses to customer reviews.
Avoid getting a EICR they will carry out an inspection create work that is not required then unless you pay the thousands of pounds they won't issue the EICR and they will not refund your money. Scam avoid using.
