I had a problem with my Bosch tumble dryer so I phoned Nigel who diagnosed the problem over the phone. Turned out to be a sensor in the drum that just needed cleaning. Fantastic service strongly recommended.
I called in after Boxing Day to request my 80s tv set to be repaired. Rather than take the job/money I was guided through some tuning troubleshooting over the phone and it worked! A very honest and very knowledgable person. Highly recommended!
