I visited the Wickes store in Wallsend on 08/09/25. The staff were extremely helpful polite and kind even helping me carry my items to the car. Their service is outstanding and a clear contrast to the competitor nearby.

What a customer service... The lady working was obviously not happy to be there. I think she was even a bit intoxicated. At the end I got my change incorrect and after going out I saw on the receipt she evenscanned one extra topsoil. Never going to that branch again.
