Rude staff and poor customer service. One spoke loud enough for us to hear them asking a colleague if "those two were out for a jolly" when we were ordering on a phone because their two screens weren't working properly. Next time we will go to Toolstation or the Screwfix at South Shields where the staff are nicer
Excellent customer service! Turned up several times in one day as I am a DIY novice and they went out of their way to assist where they could! They even called their partners for further assistance. Very patient and helpful staff.
