Ok have to praise the duty manager Cerys at this store as was very helpful in sorting out a mess with my order. Great service and very professional.More managers like this Screwfix !
Very happy with hose reel was on offer too. A big shout out to Michael at Benton store. He went out of his way to help me with product and even took it to car for me. He provided the best customer experience ever and is very friendlyhelpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Michael
