Richard the boss gave me loads of abuse down the phone and belled my personal phone out because I asked for a part they had and was upset when there staff completely denied they sell DJI drones at all clearly there staff are incompetent and don’t know what there doing so we’re going to there clitheroe offices to clear this situation up
Richard really knows his products and is happy to help/advise or point you in the right direction. I found the communication to be honest and always in a timely manner whether it is good or bad. Richard will bend over backwards to make sure you are getting what you need. I highly recommend him.
