The man came at 8pm and it was dark with no light where he had to work to clear a blocked toilet. He was here until quite late and did everything to clear the blockage.He did it and was very friendly and courteous all the way through can't fault him.

The man that came to fix the problem was lovely sorted the problem out for us couldn’t have asked for more. The lady I spoke to on the phone. Joanne was absolutely lovely. Deserves a raise if you ask me it’s really really good customer service. Thanks for helping me as fast as you did I appreciate you.
