Mark came out within 15 minutes of me making an inquiry. He fixed our upstairs window lock which required replacing - it was a complex job involving access from outside using a ladder. While he was here he also fixed our patio door which now opens smoothly. 10/10 highly recommended.
Mark replaced a very rusted patio door keep and installed new handles. 5* can't praise him enough for doing a fantastic job. He was even kind enough to help me with measurements I need for a new lock on front door. Highly recommended. It's refreshing to find an honest genuine tradesman.
In this day and age it’s extremely rare unfortunately for customers to come across genuine good old fashioned customer service.These 2 men are exceptional polite respectful and trustworthyDo not hesitate to contact them for any work you may need doing
