Paul did a beautiful job. The recipient - who was absolutely delighted - was surprised and what he'd been able to achieve with the doll I sent in. Great service quick responses to emails no problems getting through on the phone helpful advice for sending in the doll. Paul and Hazel were lovely to deal with. Would recommend.
